I was born and raised on a farm in Clay, PA where I grew up riding and working. I since then started my own lesson and boarding program of Spring Rock Stables. For the past 25+ years, I have experienced and trained for many riding styles and techniques including Hunters, Jumpers, Eventing, and Dressage. As a child, I competed in Pony Club and 4H clubs. In addition, I have since lead my own Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) riding team and 4H clubs.

I have been teaching lessons for over 15 years, ranging from beginners to advanced English riders of all ages. Most importantly, I thrive to make sure all of my students understand the true meaning of horsemanship and to love and enjoy what they are doing in and out of the ring. I take pride in helping horses and riders fulfill their potential.

It brings me great satisfaction to work with different types of horses- all shapes, breeds, and sizes. I find my passion in working from the ground up with horses to be able to build trust- which I believe is the most essential part of horsemanship.

I am very passionate about what I do and thoroughly enjoy making an impact on both people and horse's lives and dedicate my time into finding and creating a bond between horse and rider. I'll see you in the saddle! 

I was born and raised in Ephrata, PA. When I was about 8, I met Kristy and began taking lessons. Ever since then, it has been over ten years of riding and working under her, creating a bond in and out of the saddle.  When I was younger, I competed and helped run our Broken Bit 4H club and competed in IEA.  By riding under Kristy for many years, I have been able to experience many types of riding styles and techniques.  I have been given opportunities to help train young horses, care for top show horses,  and help young kids learn how to ride; giving me the experience I need to become the well-rounded equestrian that I strive to be.  

In 2022, I was brought on as assistant trainer at Spring Rock Stables, to be able to share my passion and love of horses with the many beginner lesson students who come to our barn. Instructing brings me great satisfaction and I am super excited to see what the future has in store!
